By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Turning Tides Speech Therapy ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") consent to the following terms and conditions related to text messaging communications. Please read them carefully.
1. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your phone number and opting into text message communications, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• General communications related to the services we provide
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
2. Opt-In Process
When you provide your phone number for communication purposes (whether through our website, email, or in-person interactions), you consent to receive SMS notifications from us. You may opt-in by selecting an appropriate option at the time of service booking or client registration.
3. Opt-Out/Unsubscribe
If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our SMS messages. Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive further text communications from us, except for service-related communications as required for existing appointments or other legal obligations. Your phone number will only be used to send you communications related to the services we provide, unless otherwise required by law or necessary for business operations. 7. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid phone number for text messaging communications. If your contact information changes, it is your responsibility to update us promptly. We are not liable for any issues or missed communications resulting from incorrect or outdated contact information.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable steps to ensure that text message communications are accurate and timely, we are not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in delivery. We are also not responsible for any charges or data usage that may result from receiving text messages from us.
